When placing an order, you must provide the date of birth of each adult and child participating in the experience for insurance purposes.

Please make sure the contact number you fill in when placing an order is correct and keep WhatsApp or WeChat connected

Once the order is completed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

After the reservation is confirmed, the supplier will contact you via [email, WeChat or WhatsApp] one day before departure to inform you of the detailed collection information and the phone number of the responsible staff on the day of the event. Please provide the corresponding order number for verification.

Please arrive at the meeting place at least 10 minutes early. Latecomers will not be waited for.

The minimum number of children is 10. If the minimum number of children is not reached, we will contact you 2 days before departure.

Once you have registered, if you are not notified by the official website that the group is not formed, you will not be able to cancel the order or refund it.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, no refund will be given and you will need to find a replacement yourself (please notify the supplier at least three days in advance and a HKD$50 name change fee will be charged)

If due to special circumstances, the date needs to be changed, please notify us at least three days in advance and pay HKD$50 as a date change fee. The supplier will arrange other sessions based on the availability.

If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, all payments will be refunded or other arrangements will be made.

The merchant has the right to use all photos taken on the day of the event for promotional purposes (if you disagree, please indicate via WhatsApp / WeChat in advance)

The itinerary and sequence of the day may be adjusted according to time requirements. It is subject to the arrangements of the staff on the day. Parents cannot withdraw or request a refund due to itinerary adjustments.
